Inconsistency with Law, Board Policy, or Administrative Regulation
This Student Code of Conduct is intended to be consistent with Michigan law, the Policies of the Board of
Education, and Administrative Regulations promulgated by the Superintendent. If there are any
inconsistencies, they should be resolved with the understanding that Michigan law supersedes both the
Policies of the Board of Education and Administrative Regulations, and Board Policy supersedes
Administrative Regulations.
